Keep what your old site earned.
Website Redesign Services That Protect What You've Built

Site rebuild from $8,000 · The new site and the move in one job · Checked at 30 and 90 days
A Redesign Is a Move
What a Website Redesign Involves
A website redesign with BMo Ventures is a new site and a site move done as one job: we build the new site on our own builder, map every page of the old one to its closest new page, carry your domain over and check the results after launch.
If you're nervous about it, that's fair. Google itself says that changing a site's design and its addresses at the same time can cost some traffic while it relearns the pages. Sometimes a new site isn't the right call, and we'll tell you. When it is, the move is planned page by page so what the old site earned carries over, and we check at set points so nothing surprises you.

The Site and the Safeguards
What's Included in a Website Redesign
A new site
Everything in a new website: up to ten pages from your brand, fast and built for search, with the hosting in your name.
A record of the old site, first
Before anything changes, we record what the old site has: its pages, what ranks, what brings in visits and which sites link to it.
A redirect map
Every old page is sent to its closest new page. A page with no match is allowed to end cleanly, never pointed at the home page, which Google can treat as an error.
Permanent redirects
Google says permanent redirects don't lose link credit, so links to your old pages still count.
Checks at launch, 30 days and 90 days
A written result each time, compared against the record we took first.
Your portal or booking system, carried over
One connected service is included, such as a client portal or a booking system. More are $350 each.
Priced by the Old Site's Size
Website Redesign Pricing
The price depends on the size of the site you have now, because every old page is mapped and checked. It's the new site and the move as one line, so you never pay twice for one site.
Up to 25 Pages
For a current site of up to 25 pages: the new site, the move and all three checks.
26 to 100 Pages
For a current site of 26 to 100 pages, with the same new site, move and checks.
A site of more than 100 pages starts at $10,500 and is quoted once we've seen it. Want us to write the new words? Finished copy is $600 for a core page and $900 for a service page.
Pay up front, or pay 30% to start and the rest over 12 months alongside one of our monthly plans.
Nothing but positive things to say about BMo Ventures. BMo helped with both the technical side of marketing and curating the messaging for my small business. Would absolutely recommend.
In the Order a Safe Move Needs
How a Website Redesign Works
Six steps, in the order they have to happen. The build is the quick part. Access to your current site and accounts usually sets the pace, so one reliable contact on your side helps more than anything.
Access and a contact
Logins to your current site, your domain and your Google accounts, and one person we can reach. Most delays in a move come from waiting on access.
Record the old site
Its pages, rankings, visits and links, before anything changes.
Plan the pages and the map
The new page list and the redirect map are planned together.
Build and review
A private draft you can click through before anything goes live.
Launch
Redirects live, your domain carried over, and anything connected, like a portal or a booking system, checked and working.
30 and 90 days
Check at 30 and 90 days
A written result each time. The redirects stay in place for at least a year, as Google recommends.
From Our Work
A Website Redesign in Practice
SR2 Accounting moved off its practice software's site builder onto ours, and its client portal stayed where it was. The hardest part wasn't the build. It was access, and making sure clients could reach the portal the whole time. The old setup kept working until the new one was proven.
Its new home page carries a full page of services, reviews and answers where the old one was a 37-word cover, and it still scores higher on Google's Lighthouse speed test for phones: 99, up from 88. The main content shows in 2.0 seconds instead of 3.6, and the whole page is slightly smaller to download.
Based in Oklahoma City. We work in person anywhere in Oklahoma, and remotely with businesses anywhere.

Rankings, Cost and Timing
Website Redesign Questions
Will I lose my Google rankings if I redesign my website?
Some movement is normal while Google relearns the pages; Google itself says so. Losing what the old site earned usually comes from a careless move: pages deleted, or addresses changed with no redirects. Planning the move page by page and checking after launch is how we keep any dip short.
How much does a website redesign cost?
At BMo Ventures, a redesign is $8,000 for a current site of up to 25 pages and $9,500 for 26 to 100, one time, including the new site, the move and checks at 30 and 90 days. Larger sites are quoted once we've seen them.
How long does a website redesign take?
The build is the quick part. Access to your current site, domain and accounts usually sets the pace, so one reliable contact on your side matters most. The checks then run for 90 days after launch.
What happens to my old website?
Its pages redirect to their new homes, so old links and bookmarks still work. Google recommends keeping redirects for at least a year, and we do. The old platform can be closed once the move is confirmed.
Can you keep my client portal or booking system?
Yes. One connected service, such as a client portal or a booking system, is included; more are $350 each. When SR2 Accounting moved, its client portal stayed where it was and kept working through the switch.
Do I need a redesign or a new website?
Ask whether your current site brings in traffic or ranks for anything worth keeping. If it does, a redesign protects that. If it doesn't, or you're starting on a new domain, a new website costs less.
How do I redesign a website without losing SEO?
Record the old site first, map every old page to its closest new page with permanent redirects, keep the redirects for at least a year, and check rankings and visits after launch. We do all of it as one job, but the order is the same whoever does it.
